A scheme named WASSIYAT system was introduced by HMGA ostensibly to make his followers better and more pious Ahmadi's. But the real purpose was to raise money. Critically examining the so called the conditions of the WASSIYAT reveals that all the conditions except one had existed long long before HMGA was even born. No NABI has built a special graveyard to burry people meeting such conditions. The only condition that did not exist earlier was that of payment of money by making a will of 10% of property in favor of Ahmadiyya Jamaat.
This was clearly in innovation in the Deen of Islam. Creation of such innovations in the Deen is HARAAM. MGA tried to justify this innovation by saying that it was from Allah. Let us examine it in the light of this claim of MGA.
According to the original document, the person who makes a will ( wassiyat ) that, after his death ten percent of his property should go to the Jamaat becomes member of the scheme and is qualified to be buried in the heavenly graveyard.
Subsequently, MGA declared that anyone who doesn't possess any "significant" property can enter the scheme by paying 10% of his income regularly.
10% of income and 10% of property are absolutely not comparable. 10% of Income never ever becomes 10% of property. And what is "significant"? Anyone would at least some property, perhaps a pair of shoes and a dress. That is his "significant" property. Just take 10% of that. Obviously the purpose is to collect as much money as you can. But the question is why could Allah not think of this when the scheme was originally introduced? Why this after thought. Does Allah learn by experience like human beings, or is this not a clever scheme of a shrewd person to fool the people and collect money?
Subsequently, it was decided that ( Allah decided that or what? ) instead of making a will of 10% of property, people should actually pay 10% of the value of property in their lifetime and also pay 10% of their income. ( Allah is becoming more and more stingy )
Subsequently, it was decided that ( Allah decided that or what? ) if someone has already paid 10% of the value of the property and the property increases in value, he needs to pay additional amount. They did not mention what happens if the property goes down in value.
Subsequently, it was felt that many married women when making wassiyat declare no property and only a paltry amount of Haq Mehar or say that they have forgiven the Haq Mehar to their husband and thus enter the Kingdom of Allah quite cheaply. To discourage this practice they decided that even in the case of small mehar amount or mehar being forgiven, the women will pay 10% of the arbitrarily determined amount based on husband's income.
Now the question is, is this Allah's way of working or is this not very clearly and obviously the way of shrewd money collectors?
The answer is clear. It is an insult to Allah's wisdom to even remotely attribute things like this to him. This is purely a money raising system. There is nothing wrong with collection of money for a specific cause of scheme, but the money collectors need to be at truthful about it.
